We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fitout Boat Builder to join our team in Takanini. This is a hands-on role working across a wide range of fitout tasks to ensure our boats are finished to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Fit and install all exterior and interior hardware * Wire electrical looms and switch panels * Install fuel, water, and plumbing systems * Complete final detailing to a high-quality finish * Carry out occasional gel coat repairs * Wash and detail completed boats ready for delivery This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
