What we are looking for: * Proven experience (minimum 2 years preferred). * Confident with a variety of fencing methods: post & rail, wire & batten, boundary fences, and residential privacy fencing. * Experience in building would be an advantage. * Skilled with tools and machinery including augers, rammers and construction tools. * A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. * Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. * A current full drivers license (class 1 essential, class 2 an advantage).
