This is a hands-on role working across a wide range of tasks to ensure our boats are constructedto the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Grind, sand, and prepare fibreglass components for assembly * Bond and fit hulls, decks, and structural components * Carry out basic fibreglass repairs and finishing * Read and follow build plans and work instructions * Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently * Check work for quality and report any issues * Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all H&S procedures * Work as part of a team to meet production targets This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
