Summary: Seeking Front Office Supervisors to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and support team development within a collaborative hotel environment. Highlights: 1. Support recruitment, training, rostering, and team development. Our Front Office Manager is looking for Front Office Supervisors to join the team. At the heart of our service, is our ability to build rapport with our guests and share knowledge and passion for the local surrounding area, and the experiences we offer. Our Front Office team play a crucial role is welcoming and enabling our guests to have the best experience possible during their stay, and the Supervisors play a key role to ensure the Front Office team can deliver. What you will be doing: * Supervise daily Front Office operations including reception and porters. * Deliver outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out. * Support recruitment, training, rostering, and team development. * Solve problems, manage escalations, and maintain service and safety standards. * Work collaboratively with departments across the hotel to ensure seamless operations. * Assist with reporting, budgeting, and process improvements. What you will bring to the role: * Experience in hospitality guest services (1+ year), supervisory experience preferred. * Experience using EFTPOS and Reservations/POS systems. * Strong communication and leadership capability. * Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities. * A proactive, guest-focused approach and commitment to excellence. * Flexibility to work varied shifts and a fantastic attitude. * First Aid certificate and a second language are an advantage. * A confident and safe driver, you hold a full clean NZ Driver's license or international equivalent.
