Our services span homecare, serious injury & complex care, aged care, and temporary staffing, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred support that makes life easier for the people we care for. We're currently looking for compassionate, experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting young children under 5 with high clinical and complex care needs in a home-based environment. About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialised, one-on-one care to children with complex medical needs, while supporting their whanau. You will be responsible for: * Delivering safe, high-quality care in line with individual care plans * Supporting a range of clinical needs (training provided where required) * Working wakeover shifts, remaining alert and responsive overnight * Building strong, trusting relationships with families and our clinical team We're seeking people who are: * Experienced working with children under 5, ideally with complex or clinical needs * Calm, confident, and able to respond in clinical or high-pressure situations * Reliable and committed to wakeover (overnight) shifts * Passionate about making a genuine difference in a child's life Preferred (but not essential): * Level 3 or 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification * Experience with complex cares (e.g. PEG feeding, oxygen therapy, seizure management) What We Offer * Ongoing training and clinical support from our experienced team * A supportive, values-driven environment * Meaningful, rewarding work where you can see the impact you make Why Life Plus?
