We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to help ensure our dedicated support workers are in the right place at the right time — delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. This is a full-time, office-based role located at our head office in Whangārei.
What You’ll be Doing
As our Resource Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth delivery of services across our network. Your day-to-day will include:
* Creating and maintaining effective staff rosters to ensure clients receive consistent and reliable support
* Responding quickly and creatively to last-minute changes or emergencies
* Collaborating closely with our Clinical Service Coordinators to align staffing with client needs
* Supporting recruitment efforts to grow our team of support workers
* Building strong, positive relationships with staff and conducting performance appraisals
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, solution-focused, and experienced in working with client needs. You’ll also have:
* Previous experience in workforce coordination or scheduling — healthcare or support services preferred
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Confidence using scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
* A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
