About the Role You'll work across a wide range of machining and mechanical maintenance tasks, including: * Operating manual lathes, mills, borers, and drill presses * Precision turning, boring, thread cutting, and producing components to specification * Stripping, inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders * Light fabrication and MIG welding (TIG experience an advantage) * Mechanical maintenance on plant and machinery such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors * Setting up new equipment and interpreting workshop drawings * Maintaining strong Health & Safety and quality standards What We're Looking For * Trade qualification in mechanical engineering (Fitter/Turner, Machinist, Welder, Mechanic) * 5+ years hands-on mechanical maintenance experience * Strong machining skills and confidence using workshop equipment * Welding and fabrication experience; ASME 9 exposure a bonus * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * A reliable team player with strong communication and high personal standards * Class 1 licence required; additional licences/endorsements an advantage If you're interested in joining the team, please submit your application.
