In this pivotal role, you'll lead the operations of our largest New Zealand village with over 650 residents and over 250 team members, with our village encompassing independent living, serviced apartments and residential care. **About You** With a strong background in people management of large, multidisciplinary teams, you'll have proven experience in leading and developing engaged and motivated teams. You’ll naturally build meaningful relationships through your positivity and approachability, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
