We are seeking a passionate, motivated Service Manager to lead our high‑performing team based in central Tauranga. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of tangata whaiora, leading a dedicated and skilled team with strong support around you every step of the way. Collaboration and relationship building are at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to strengthen outcomes for tangata whaiora and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support. This is a permanent, full‑time position (Monday–Friday). There are occasional on‑call responsibilities, which are well supported.
