**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical leadership team as a Unit Coordinator for the Dementia Unit at Charles Fleming Retirement Village located in Waikanae, Kapiti Coast.The role includes working Sunday to Thursday, 0730 to 1600 with a shared on-call component.
*As the Dementia Unit Coordinator, you will use your nursing and people skills to:*
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to your team, ensuring care is always *"good enough for mum and dad"*
