This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing restaurant within a growing group of six Subway locations across Wellington and Dunedin. Our business is led by a Franchise Owner who started as a Sandwich Artist and now operates a team of 70+ people – so we genuinely understand what it takes to grow and support great people. About the Role As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store – leading your team, driving sales, and delivering consistently high standards across operations, food safety, and customer experience. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be leading from the front while also building a strong, capable team around you.
