As well as leading the workshop team, the role is also the key customer interface for the business, and the successful candidate must be personable and attentive to the customer's needs. At Mason Tool and Engineering, we specialise in CNC and manual precision machining, toolmaking, and light fabrication. As Workshop Manager, you’ll lead a team of experienced tradespeople and play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success. ________________________________________ About the Role As Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for: • Leading a team of 6 trade professionals and part-time admin support • Overseeing daily workshop operations, forward planning, and job scheduling • Leading and providing the design input for the team.
