We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations across four key departments: Warehouse, Fabrication, Coating, and Assembly. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving daily production performance, developing team leaders, and improving systems and processes to meet operational goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple production departments Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders to lift team performance and accountability Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure consistent delivery on safety, quality, and productivity targets Collaborate with the Operations Manager on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Monitor KPIs for output, efficiency, cost, and safety Support inventory flow, workflow coordination, and export preparation What You'll Bring Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and HSE best practices Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple departments Skilled in developing frontline leaders and building strong team culture Experience with production scheduling and cross-functional coordination Qualifications in operations, engineering, or manufacturing management (preferred) Why This Role?
