This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Te Puke area, with a focus on keeping equipment in top condition, managing stock and materials, and ensuring on-site teams have everything they need to run efficiently and safely. Our client is a respected operator in their field, known for high standards, teamwork, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. The Role * As Depot Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating servicing and repairs for vehicles and machinery * Carrying out basic repairs and ensuring all equipment is site-ready * Organising the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites on time * Managing stock levels, inwards/outwards goods, and tool maintenance * Maintaining the depot to lean manufacturing standards * Supporting orchard development work when required About You * You'll be organised, practical, and confident managing a busy depot environment.
