We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to manage our Motors and Marketplace marketing team - the role is based in Wellington and is for 12 months. You will drive marketing strategies that deliver audience growth, engagement, preference and revenue for our Motors and Marketplace business units. You'll be able to identify and achieve marketing outcomes that have a significant contribution to our business success. **Here is what you can expect from this role:** * You'll lead the Marketplace & Motors Marketing strategy based on growing and engaging our audience and driving core business conversion metrics like listings and sales * You'll be taking cool new initiatives to market across Motors and Marketplace * You'll use our data and marketing technology to drive business outcomes through owned, earned and paid media channels * Develop marketing plans based on data-driven customer insights * You'll have a solid understanding of our buyer/seller lifecycle journeys and the performance marketing landscape to drive engagement and conversion effectively * Establish propositions, validate hypotheses and influence roadmaps * Champion a 'leadership first' approach with time spent on empowering, supporting and coaching your people to be a high performing team **What you will bring to our team:** * Strong leadership skills including the ability to drive culture, to coach and empower * A proven ability to successfully manage large, complex, cross-functional initiatives * A strong technical knowledge across all facets of performance marketing with the ability to critique and enhance marketing programmes * A strong focus on results and performance * A challenger mindset with the ability to take strategic business outcomes and distill them into practical, results driven marketing initiatives * A hands on leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team to get things done and drive the right outcome * A fun attitude, paired with a natural ability to partner and collaborate with other teams You'll have the best time working at Trade Me, and this is why: **#Flexibility:** Flexibility means different things to different people and we support you to find what works, including a home office set up and utilities allowance.
