We provide promotional information and activities to encourage local and out-of-district visitors and new residents. Additionally, we act as a key link between Tasman District Council and Richmond businesses to support development and activities that benefit the town and business. Our Mission: To make Richmond the first-choice destination for customers to shop and meet friends; for businesses to trade successfully; and for visitors to enjoy what Richmond has to offer. ________________________________________ About the Role We are seeking an energetic, motivated, organised and community-minded individual to join us as our Events, Marketing & Administration Coordinator. This is a unique, flexible contract role that offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real difference in Richmond. Communications & Marketing • Keep the Richmond Unlimited website current and encourage business/community use. • Coordinate the monthly Richmond Shout-Out newsletter via SurveyMonkey, maintaining a clean database. • Manage Richmond Unlimited’s social media presence, ensuring fresh and relevant content. • Arrange marketing and advertising (radio, print, online) where required. • Provide approved media information in consultation with the Chairperson/committee.
