With a growing workload, we’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead operations across a range of projects in Canterbury. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and lead your team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day site operations and planning including coordinating sub-contractors and suppliers. • Ensure safe and efficient use of plant and equipment. • Coordinate with Project Managers to plan upcoming works. • Conduct pre-start meetings and implement safety plans. • Mentor and train team members, fostering a positive culture. • Drive performance and accountability while inspiring your team. • Oversee compliance and best practices across all site activities. About You • Proven experience in civil infrastructure site management. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Solutions-focused with the ability to see the bigger picture. • Full NZ driver’s licence.
