We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Gisborne.
About the Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for on-site delivery, coordinating trades, maintaining programme timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Manage daily site operations and sequencing of work
• Supervise subcontractors and site crews
• Ensure projects run to programme and budget targets
• Maintain high standards of health & safety
• Monitor quality control and workmanship
• Coordinate inspections and compliance requirements
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and clients
• Maintain site documentation and reporting
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a trade background or construction qualification
• Has proven experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects
• Understands construction sequencing and programme management
• Has strong leadership and communication skills
• Is confident coordinating multiple trades
• Has a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Maintains high standards of quality and site presentation
• Has solid knowledge of health & safety requirements
