What You’ll Be Doing - Leading On-Site Operations – Assisting in the planning and delivery of projects while managing multiple priorities, including daily site activities, resource allocation and subcontractor coordination - Managing Teams & Subcontractors – Providing direction and leadership to site crews, ensuring high performance and quality outcomes. - Ensuring Compliance & Safety – Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards at all times - Problem-Solving – Quickly identifying and resolving on-site challenges to keep projects on track. What We’re Looking For - Proven civil construction experience and technical knowledge – Particularly in structures, rail and/or urban infrastructure projects. - Strong Communication– Ability to effectively communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Strong Health & Safety Focus – A strong understanding and commitment to working and leading safely. - Collaborative and Solutions-Focused Attitude – Someone who adds value and takes ownership of projects.
