The Opportunity We are seeking a qualified carpenter with proven experience on commercial construction sites to step into a leadership-focused role. You will oversee a core team of around 6, with the ability to coordinate up to 30 people on larger project phases. Based in either Whanganui or Palmerston North, you’ll play a key part in delivering significant commercial builds—ensuring high-quality workmanship, strong team performance, and on-time project delivery.
