This permanent, full-time position is crucial for ensuring the effective management and execution of drainage systems. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate-level experience and a strong understanding of drainage operations, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate drainage installation and maintenance activities on-site. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Conduct inspections to assess progress and quality of work. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. - Liaise with other teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the drainage process.
