What You'll Do:
Lead Your Facility
* Take charge of daily operations at Alexandra Aquatic Centre
* Make the calls, solve problems, keep things running smoothly
* Work in partnership with your co-Supervisor to provide consistent leadership
* Ensure compliance with PoolSafe and health & safety regulations
Build Your Team
* Lead, mentor, and develop Pool Crew
* Provide performance feedback and growth opportunities
* Help with rostering and staffing
* Model excellence in safety and customer service
Keep Everyone Safe
* Run safety drills and ensure emergency readiness
* Investigate incidents and implement fixes
* Maintain active supervision and respond to emergencies
* Lead daily inspections, water quality testing, and plant operations
Champion Customer Experience
* Deliver exceptional service and resolve complaints
* Promote swim programmes and community activities
* Build relationships with schools, clubs, and stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
Must Have:
* Current PLPC (or can obtain)
* First Aid Certification (6400, 6401 & 6402)
* Strong swimming and lifesaving skills
* PoolSafe and health & safety knowledge
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays

* Prior aquatic/leisure facility experience (preferred)
