About the role:
The Retail Store Manager will ensure a smooth running of all store daily operations and customer orders, all the way through to sale completion and after-sales experience.

* Seek and continuously develop your teams and your own product knowledge, and information about competitor activity, pricing, and tactics, etc
* Ensure the store sales and inventory are all correctly accounted for
* Manage and motivate your team – coach, train, develop and support
* Merchandising within the store to ensure all products are on display and presentable
* Ensure the store is well-presented, clean and tidy at all times
* Plan and assist with team Undertake regular performance reviews of your team, give feedback in aid to continually improve and develop their skills
Skills and experience:
* Great leadership skills in support of our positive culture
* Ability to work autonomously
* Previous management experience is a must. Although preferred, this does not have to be in a retail environment
* Knowledge of vaping products and the industry is a must
* Someone with a spark inside them!
