Our maintenance team is required to work on a 4 on/4 off 12 hour rotating shift roster, Monday to Sunday with a total of 45 hours minimum a week. Working as part of a maintenance team, candidates will have good interpersonal skills and an attitude for getting stuck in to get the job done as well as thinking outside of the box - we appreciate and encourage new ideas and thought processes about how we can collaborate across our site to ensure the get to the root cause of issues and fix it right - first time.
