Proactive attitude towards plant maintenance We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Baader Engineer to join the team at Sealord. A High performer with at least 5 years of experience within a white fish manufacturing environment. You must be flexible in working rotational shifts. Our ideal person will ideally possess the following attributes: * Baader Diploma Qualification OR Mechanical  or Engineering Trade Qualification * Minimum of 5 years experience within a white fish production maintenance environment * Strong Knowledge of Baader machines (192 and 212), their components, and functionality * Experience in the repair and maintenance of automated processing and packaging equipment * Proactive attitude towards plant maintenance * Ability to work independently, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams * Unwavering commitment to health and safety, fostering a culture of absolute well-being If you are a motivated and experienced Baader Engineer with the required skills and experience, this is an exceptional opportunity not to be missed!
