Join a well-established company in wood processing We are seeking an experienced Wood / Timber Machinist to join our team. Our factory operates a range of modern machinery, including: *SCM Superset NT 7-head moulder *Leadermac 7-head moulder *Leadermac 6-head moulder *Paul optimizing docking saw *Stenner bandsaw The ideal applicant will: *Have 4+ years’ experience in timber machining, running & setting up moulders *Be able to work well as part of a team and demonstrate a strong eye for quality *Have experience working with a range of native and exotic timbers such as pine, macrocarpa, rimu, mataī, and cedar *Be reliable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality results We are a well-established company carrying out all facets of wood processing, from machining to finishing. Requirements: *Must have own transport (we are not on a public transport route) *Applicants must have NZ Residency or a valid work visa Position Details: *Full-time position *Current hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm *Additional work available on Fridays
