This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on Team Leader / Supervisor role within a fast-paced production environment. About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be part of a busy, close-knit team while taking on leadership and supervisory responsibilities. This is a hands-on role, leading from the front in the manufacturing of plastic storage, piping, and irrigation products. Key Responsibilities: * Operate extrusion moulding machines * Assist with injection moulding machine operations * Perform pre-start line checks * Conduct quality checks on finished products * Troubleshoot machine and product issues * Lead, supervise, and support production staff on day shift * Ensure production targets, quality standards, and H&S requirements are met * Train and mentor team members * Coordinate workflow and communicate with management on production performance Shift: * Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:45am – 3:00pm About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong experience in plastics extrusion or injection moulding, along with proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
