This full-time fixed-term role works across Wet Mix and Dryer plant areas in a continuous production environment. What You'll Be Doing: * Operating wet mix and dryer plant equipment * Monitoring process controls and product quality * Completing batching and GMP documentation * Supporting CIP cleaning and product changeovers * Troubleshooting minor plant issues * Maintaining high food safety and H&S standards What We're Looking For: * 2+ years' experience in dairy, food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing * Confident operating automated processing equipment * Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail * Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts What's on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate ($28.00-$34.00 depending on experience) * Structured full-time roster * Modern facility with advanced processing equipment * Supportive, safety-focused team Applicants must have the right to work in NZ and pass pre-employment checks.
