This role combines production support, tooling coordination, and hands-on workshop duties, making it ideal for someone practical, physically fit, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Why You’ll Love This Role * Permanent opportunities for reliable, high-performing team members * Time and a half after 8 hours + regular overtime available * Weekly pay + full PPE provided * Work with a global industry leader offering long-term stability What You’ll Be Doing * Making and delivering inks to the converting machines * Managing die and stereo (tooling) deliveries and collections across the production floor * Carrying out repairs and alterations to dies and stereos using power tools * Rotating into the handwork area during downtime to assist with gluing and sorting product * Operating and monitoring production machinery as required * Supporting general production and maintaining housekeeping standards * Working closely with the team to meet daily production targets What You’ll Bring * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, as all tooling and inks use 6-digit numerical codes * Computer literacy and confidence using online task systems * Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20kg+) * Comfortable using power tools and completing hands-on repair work * Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn * Forklift licence highly desirable * Able to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice check Shifts Available * Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM * Afternoon: 2:20 PM – 10:20 PM * Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend work available About the Company Our client is a globally recognised leader in sustainable packaging, with a long history of innovation and a strong focus on safety, quality, and developing their people.
