About the Role: You will be responsible for working as part of a team to contribute to the manufacturing of concrete pipes and precast construction products at our client's site in Hornby. This is a permanent afternoon/night shift role, working 4:00pm - 12:00am. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Manufacturing concrete pipes * Stripping moulds and reassembling them * Working collaboratively to operate machinery * Preparing, assembling, checking, and cleaning moulds * Performing quality checks on finished products * Pouring concrete * Reporting all incidents and near misses * Progressing to operating large machinery used in pipe production You will be working a Monday - Friday roster, with consistent hours. There may be opportunities for overtime depending on workload. Please note this is a physically demanding role, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the shift. You'll be joining a fun, energetic, and supportive team environment.
