You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining BTH machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production. Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor BTH machinery to maintain high-quality production. - Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues to reduce downtime. - Input data, adjust settings, and support basic automation programming. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with health & safety standards. - Support daily production requirements including set-up, changeovers, basic maintenance, and quality checks. What We’re Looking For - Someone who is technically minded, proactive, and eager to learn. - Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or a similar environment. - A flexible individual who can adapt to changing priorities and rotating shifts. - A reliable team player with strong attention to detail. Role Details - Monday–Friday roster with no weekend work required. - Weekly rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights). - Temp-to-perm opportunity for high-performing candidates. - Full training provided across machine operation, safety, and troubleshooting. - Upskilling opportunities including advanced operation or leadership pathways. - Starting rate: $26.50 per hour, with potential increases as skills develop. - Career growth within a stable and expanding manufacturing environment.
