We have multiple clients looking for Machine Operator's to start in January 2026. This is a factory-based role so you must be comfortable working within a manufacturing environment. You will be operating a range of machinery so you must be mechanically-minded. Duties will include: * Maintain continuous operation of a range of production machinery * Setting up machinery ready for use * Getting raw materials ready * Ensure batch weight inputs are correct and match the job requirements * Maintain optimum machine output in line with the production plan * Conduct quality checks on the finished product * Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Master Cleaning Schedule Skills and Experience * You will ideally have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment * Must be mechanically-minded * Able to work alone and in a team * Strong communication skills * Thorough with good attention to detail * Able to regularly lift 20kgs * Self-motivated and proactive * Keen attitude to learn and get involved * Able to pass a pre-employment drug test How to Apply Click 'APPLY' or contact Katie France for a confidential discussion if you have any further questions.
