The role is expected to run for 6-9 months. Duties Include * Operating batching systems * Measuring and mixing raw materials * Monitoring batch accuracy and consistency * Coordinating with drivers and plant staff * Maintaining production records What We're Looking For * Previous concrete batching or plant experience * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable working with production systems * Reliable and organised * Safety focused approach Location Flexibility Applicants from outside the Tauranga region are welcome to apply.
