Supportive team family environment CNC Programmer/Operator Our client, a well-established manufacturer of timber products, based in Tauranga is looking for an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer. The Role This is a onsite, full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday within a busy manufacturing environment. Duties include Operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machinery, including 5-axis equipment. Following training, you will be expected to independently set up, load, operate, and programme machines to meet production requirements. Duties include: - Operating and programming CNC machinery - Reading and interpreting drawings and job sheets - Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting issues - Carrying out routine maintenance and quality checks - Working to production deadlines and customer timeframes - Maintaining a safe and organised workspace What We’re Looking For - Proven CNC operating and programming experience - 5-axis CNC experience for wood cutting applications highly regarded - Morbidelli CNC equipment big plus - Experience with Maesto CAD SW - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Strong attention to detail and quality - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and within a team - Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role - Must hold full working rights in New Zealand What’s on Offer - Competitive salary package aligned with experience - Stable long-term opportunity - Supportive team family environment - Opportunity to work with advanced CNC machinery About Jigsaw Staffing Jigsaw Staffing is a Bay of Plenty based recruitment business specialising in permanent placements.
