This is a hands-on role suited to skilled scaffolders who take pride in safe, high-quality work and are flexible to travel to different construction sites when required. Roles Available: * Ticketed Scaffolder - Construction What You'll Be Doing: * Build, erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding and working platforms for construction projects * Inspect construction sites and assess scaffold requirements to suit each job * Calculate materials and scaffold configurations to meet site and safety needs * Load, unload, and assemble scaffold tubing, braces, frameworks, ladders, guardrails, and other attachments * Carry out regular checks, maintenance, and tagging of scaffolding equipment * Inspect erected scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety standards * Safely dismantle and remove scaffolding once construction work is completed * Travel at short notice to construction sites across the West Coast as required What You Need: * Current scaffolding ticket (required) * Proven experience working on construction sites * Strong knowledge of height safety and construction site safety requirements * Physically fit and comfortable working at heights in outdoor environments * Ability to read plans and make accurate scaffold calculations * Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a construction team * Full licence preferred * Flexibility to travel and stay away when required What's in It for You: * Ongoing construction-focused work with reputable contractors * Competitive hourly rates based on experience and ticket level * Reliable weekly pay plus KiwiSaver, holiday pay, and sick leave * All PPE provided * Opportunities for long-term assignments and career progression Apply now to secure steady construction scaffolding work with a trusted industry partner.
