This role involves abrasive blasting of components and surfaces to prepare them for coating or finishing, ensuring quality standards are met every time. Key Responsibilities: * Operate sandblasting/abrasive blasting equipment safely and efficiently * Prepare surfaces to required specifications * Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met * Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organised What We're Looking For: * Previous experience operating a sandblaster (essential) * Strong understanding of health & safety requirements * Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work * Full NZ driver licence (preferred) We can only accept applications from people with a current and valid work visa, NZ residency, or NZ citizenship.
