This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced crew.Role Overview * Assisting asphalt and chip-sealing crews * Operating or supporting plant and machinery * General on-site labouring duties * Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality roading projects * Experience in asphalt or chipseal surfacing is preferred but not essentialMust Have * Class 1 driver licence (minimum requirement) * Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to pass a pre-employment drug test * Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward health and safetyWork Hours * Available Monday to Friday * Must be flexible for early starts and late finishes as required * Willing to work occasional night shifts and SaturdaysWhat We Offer * Immediate start * Ongoing work for the right candidate * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to gain further industry experience and skills If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to get started, we want to hear from you.
