This is a great chance to work with respected construction partners while applying your skills in a safety-first environment. Pay & Benefits * $25-$35/hr depending on experience * Weekly pay and PPE provided * Ongoing support from the EQUIP Recruitment team * Opportunities for longer-term placements Minimum Requirements * NZQA Unit Standard 17600 - Safe work practices for working at heights * NZQA Unit Standard 23229 - Use of safety harness systems * New Zealand Certificate in Scaffolding (Level 3) OR current Certificate of Competence (Elementary) * Current Site Safe Passport * Physically fit and comfortable working at heights * Reliable transport to and from job sites * Able to pass a pre-employment drug assessment * Must follow WorkSafe NZ scaffolding and fall protection guidelines Preferred Skills * Experience erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems * Familiarity with fall restraint and arrest systems * Construct Safe certification * Strong communication and teamwork skills IMPORTANT: Applicants must be physically located in New Zealand with valid work rights.
