Personal career development relevant to the role Due to continued growth in our business, Wilkins Farming Co are looking for a permanent full time competent and energetic Labourer / Operator with a passion for machinery operation and working with people to join our EarthWorx Division. Ideally you will have experience in the areas of excavation and earthmoving. Stock water system and irrigation knowledge would be and advantage, along with chain saw work and landscaping. This experience is not essential and similar roles or experience will be considered. The job is based out of Wendonside but is spread all over Northern Southland from day to day. You will be: • Physically fit • Reliable, pro-active and have health and safety at front of mind • Honest and reliable • You are a “DOER” and you will get stuff done, with the ability to work under pressure • A positive attitude with the ability and desire to be a team player A clean full license is essential. It's a bonus if you have Class 5!
