This is a great opportunity for someone with solid site experience who’s keen to secure ongoing work with supportive crews and reputable companies. Location: Tauranga Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour (paid weekly) What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting carpenters on residential builds and renovations - Basic framing, fit-out, and construction labouring - Using hand and power tools safely and effectively - Site clean-up and material handling - Supporting trades and maintaining workflow on site - Following health and safety procedures What We’re Looking For - Previous hammerhand or construction experience - Confident using hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Reliable transport and valid driver licence - Ability to work well in a team environment - Site Safe preferred (or willingness to obtain) - Physically fit and reliable What’s In It For You - Competitive pay rates: $27–$31 per hour - Immediate starts available - Long-term project opportunities - Supportive team environments - Variety of residential construction work - Weekly pay Why work with Tradestaff?
