We are a local family owned fencing company looking for a fencing laborer to replace a valued team member who is moving overseas. We work in industrial, residential, civil and school sites across the South Island, primarily based in Christchurch. We are a small knit team and are well looked after. The role is primarily fencing laboring work, with training provided on the job. The role also includes some machine operating and delivery work. Previous experience on the tools is preferred. All applicants must: - be physically fit; - have a full drivers licence and their own reliable transport to our yard in north Christchurch; - have effective communication skills for working with clients, suppliers and other team members - must be a real team player, proactive and show initiative/forward thinking. - must be able to pass a drug test at all times, and be police vetted.
