Consistent hours with a respected local company About the Role:We're looking for a reliable and physically fit Civil Labourer to join a reputable and well-established company in the Hawke's Bay region. This is a hands-on role where you'll be supporting machine operators on-site - assisting with tasks such as raking, checking levels, general labouring, compacting and possibly operating a roller. Key Responsibilities: * Assist machine operators on civil construction sites * Raking, shovelling, and general ground prep work * Checking levels and helping to ensure accuracy on-site * Working safely and efficiently within a team * Operating a roller and compactor if required (training or experience preferred) Benefits: * $23.50/hour (higher rates available for experienced candidates) * Consistent hours with a respected local company * Great team environment and opportunities to grow * All PPE provided * Weekly pay with 8% annual accrued.
