About the Role
We're looking for Skilled Labourers to join well-established teams working across a range of civil, construction, and roading projects in the Palmerston North region. These full-time roles are ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic, practical experience, and a desire to develop their skills further across different work sites and industries.
You'll be part of a crew that values teamwork, safety, and quality, supporting a wide variety of tasks from site prep to equipment operation and general construction work.
Duties include:
* Site preparation, digging, levelling, and clean-up
* Assisting with asphalt laying, concreting, or roading tasks
* Spotting for machinery and working with operators
* Using hand and power tools to support trades or project needs
* General labouring across construction and infrastructure sites

Days & Hours:
* Monday to Friday & some Saturday work required (availability is essential)
* 7 am - 5 pm (depending on the project requirements)
* Night shift work is also available
What We're Looking For:
* Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather
* Positive attitude, team-focused, and willing to learn
* BONUS: WTR and/or Class 2
* Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ background check
