What You’ll Do * Work as part of a close-knit team to complete asphalt paving and surfacing tasks. * Assist with site preparation, laying asphalt, and operating tools and machinery. * Ensure safety standards are met and contribute to a positive team environment. * Support the crew in achieving project deadlines and quality outcomes. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in asphalt or civil construction is an advantage, but not essential. * A strong team player with a good work ethic and willingness to learn. * Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing project needs. * Physically fit and safety-conscious.
