What You'll Do: * Play a key role in transforming Wellington's roads through relaying, pothole repairs, and asphalt laying. * Support with Hand-laying, Raking and Shovelling, or operate Rollers and/or Paving machines (if licenced and experienced), - show off your precision! * Keep sites spotless and support asphalt crews during truck deliveries with your can-do attitude. * Jump in with shovelling and general labour to keep projects moving smoothly. What We're Looking For: * Experience: Proven skills in asphalt or civil works - you know the drill and love the grind! * Licenses: Full Car licence, a Class 2 licence and/or WTR is a massive plus but not a dealbreaker. * Physical Fitness: Strong, fit, and ready for hands-on manual labour. * Team Vibe: Reliable, punctual, and a team player who brings energy to the crew. * Integrity: Drug-free - we trust you to bring your best. * Transport: Your own reliable way to get to work, ready to hit the ground running.
