Are you a creative, detail-oriented Kitchen Designer looking to work on stunning residential projects with a top-tier team? We are looking for a passionate professional with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to join our supportive, high-end design and manufacturing crew. What we offer: * Competitive salary package * A modern, high-end showroom & factory environment * Super supportive team culture with regular social events & team building * Full-time, permanent role based in Wellington Key Responsibilities * Consultation & Concept: Meet with clients in our space or on-site to understand their brief, lifestyle, and budget. * Spatial Design: Create innovative, functional kitchen and cabinetry layouts that optimise space, ergonomics, and aesthetics. * Technical Drafting: Produce accurate 3D renders, floor plans, and elevation drawings using industry-specific design software. * Material Selection: Guide clients through specifying materials, finishes, hardware, and appliances. * Collaboration: Work closely with our production team, project managers, and installers to ensure designs transition seamlessly to manufacturing and installation. * Site Visits: Conduct site measures and consultations around the Wellington region. You’ll need: * 3+ years of kitchen design experience (spatial design/interior design qualification preferred) * Proficiency in design software (e.g., Microvellum, Mozaik, Cabinet vision, or similar) * A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and creative flair * Excellent communication skills to guide clients from concept to completion Full NZ Driver’s License (for site visits) NZ residency or valid work rights (must be currently in NZ) Bring your design flair to a team that actually delivers what you draw!
