Summary: This role combines design passion with customer service expertise, guiding clients through kitchen projects from CAD creation to seamless installation and ensuring satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction from initial consultation to completion In this role, you'll combine your passion for design with your customer service expertise, guiding customers through every step of their kitchen project. From creating detailed CAD designs to placing the order and overseeing progress with a company project manager, ensuring a seamless installation process. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday our normal hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm. What You'll Do • Draft accurate and inspiring CAD designs using our Microvellum software. • Quote the project and present to clients. • Sign off the project with the client and prepare for handing over to a Project manager. • Ensure customer satisfaction from initial consultation to project completion. What We're Looking For. • High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. • Strong computer skills a must have. • Previous kitchen or interior design experience. • Ability to thrive under pressure and work both independently and in a team. • Have sales experience or a willingness to develop the skill. • Be confident in your ability and be well presented.
