We operate from a fabrication workshop in Hamilton. We understand our brand is as strong as the workmanship that underpins it and as such, the successful person will represent our growing brand delivering exceptional projects to our customers. The role allows you to join a team built on a safe work environment and one that supports each other’s workmanship. This is an opportunity where all work is either at our workshop or on site at a customer’s premises where you will be working alongside senior tradesmen learning skills associated with our industry and on from there as you progress through the apprenticeship. For this opportunity, you will need: * A pre-trade course would be an advantage * NCEA Level two in Maths and English * An outstanding work ethic and a positive attitude * Attention to detail * Problem solving skills * To be reliable, self-motivated and keen to learn and continuously improve * To be able to participate and work in a great team environment * Have a current NZ Drivers Licence We can offer you: • Full time position learning welding and fabrication skills • Overtime rates after 8 hours per day • Modern well maintained workshop equipment Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
