You’ll supervise small work teams ensure the safe and efficient movement storage and recording of logs and uphold Qube’s high operational and safety standards. You’ll work closely with internal staff port personnel customers and third-party providers to ensure a high level of productivity while ensuring safety remains the top priority. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Oversee safe site operations and support H&S engagement * Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures * Coordinate workflow labour and equipment * Maintain clean organised storage areas and safe equipment * Manage product allocation shipping schedules and documentation **Who we're after:** * Strong marshalling/log export knowledge and experience preferred * Confident communicator under pressure and experience supervising teams * Accurate detail-focused and computer-savvy * Safety-driven leader with great communication skills **About us** Qube Ports NZ is a nationwide service provider offering a comprehensive range of cargo logistics stevedoring marshalling transportation warehousing services and IT solutions.
