We have an exciting opportunity to join a small team of professionals at a stunning lodge, located north of Auckland city, 15 minutes from Matakana. We have a Part time (20 hours minimum per week) position available. The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and must work well in a team environment. IT IS ESSENTIAL CANDIDATES UNDERSTAND THE LOCATION OF THE LODGE, PLEASE USE GOOGLE MAPS BEFORE APPLYING Responsibilities • Hands-on cleaning of rooms every day and the main lodge areas. • Conducting thorough and detailed inspections of all vacant clean rooms prior to the arrival of incoming guests, ensuring all product specifications and standards have been met. • Ensure effective communication with Front Office in relation to room changes, arrivals & departures. • Follow the lodge’s cleaning procedures and use the correct cleaning materials when servicing and cleaning guest rooms. Requirements: • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is ideal • A good eye for detail and reasonable level of fitness • Enjoy working on your own to get the job done • Punctuality, flexibility and professionalism. • Live in close proximity of Lodge. • Available for weekends This is a fantastic opportunity to allow your level of experience and passion for the industry to shine.
